Terms and conditions
Under these terms and conditions the technician has the right to refuse service.
Failure/ refusal to complete consultation forms (allergies, medical conditions, medications).
Failure to Disclose existing nail/skin conditions (infections, warts, broken skin).
Refusal of service for infections (fungal, bacterial).
Repairs required before 3days due to failure to follow aftercare instructions will be charged per nail. Repairs will be charged per nail after 3days from service. Please Note this does not extend to traditional nail polish as this will only last on average 3 to 7 days.
Service & Hygiene:
No infills on work from other technicians; require removal first.
Children/ accompanying guest must be well behaved
Age Restrictions:
Under 16s need parent/guardian present and signed consent.
Under 18s need signed parental permission; ID may be required.
No extensions on under 18extensions
Professional Conduct:
Zero tolerance for abuse, racism, or offensive language.
Right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior.
